Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days across our index and your lists, a DPA is available on request, and we never resell the lists you build. You still need a lawful basis for your outreach; we don’t pretend the tool provides one.
Will it get my LinkedIn account restricted?Cuvy doesn't send connection requests or messages, and it never logs into your account from our servers. It reads the page you already opened, and paces itself like a person clicking through results.
What happens when you can't find someone?Nothing is charged, and the row is marked not found so you know we tried. Risky addresses — catch-all domains we can’t confirm — are shown separately and are also free.
Do I need Sales Navigator?No. A free LinkedIn account works for profiles and standard search. Sales Navigator and Recruiter simply give you larger result sets to run against.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my credits?Cancel any month from the dashboard. Monthly allowance stops at the end of the period; credits you bought outright never expire and stay usable on the free plan.
